Room is very spacious, we got an upgrade. Bed is large and AC is quiet. Bathroom is well stocked with all kind of ammenities. Food is good and not expensive compared with other places. Buffet is 100 SAR for example. Staff are friendly, helpful and smiley. Rug is very thick, which is great.

The upgrade spa tub was amazing! The hotel was attentive while providing privacy. Nadir at the reception desk was accommodating with wake up call and baggage collection. Also the young woman at the front desk allowed me to use a cell phone charger which saved my whole trip! Alhamdullilah

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The facilities were excellent and the overall service was exceptional. A special thank you goes to the receptionist, I think his name is Abdulaziz, who was on duty during Maghreb. His warm welcome, attentiveness, and readiness to assist truly enhanced my experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its superb hospitality and comfortable ambiance.

Room was beautiful. Mohammed gave an upgrade, and that touch was appreciated. Thanks Mohammed. Breakfast - great! Breakfast staff - great! Mohammed said no rush to vacate the room, 1pm or 2pm no problem. I was ready to leave at 1145am, but received a call reminding to to vacate by 12am? Not from Mohammed. "Great Quality, at an Acceptable Price".... Puts the Hilton to shame, Swiss In Tabuk is now my go to, and I will be returning this week I hope.

Room is quite large, bed very confortable. It was Ramadan, so no breakfast but Iftar, which was very good except for the desserts, which could be better, at least the western ones, the local ones looked great. Toilet amenities were well stocked. Shower is good, with bathtub.

The staff is very amiable. They present you with Arabic coffee and dates every single time you approach the reception. Honestly, they have some stiff competition with giants in the hotel business in Tabuk, and they sure are setting high standards. Keep up the good work! Not to forget, they added fresh orange juice and fresh fruits to the breakfast menu as requested by me in my previous review. Thank you.

I liked warm welcome and absolutely each detail, including extra fast laundry services, breakfast, arabic coffee, and all the care I have experienced from hotel employees. Thank you so much, especially the lady, who helped me with the taxi and adviced about nice shopping mall.

Great hotel! Staff is really friendly. The heated swimming pool is really nice. Breakfast many options and good quality food. The room is very clean and the bed really comfortable. After visiting many hotels in Saudi arabie this hotel was one of the best I've been to!
